    01. Is it better to construct a house for yourself or buy a readymade one?

    Constructing a house yourself is better than buying a readymade one, because we can build our home to suit our own taste, budget and of course in good quality.

    02.Can I get a home loan for constructing a house?

    Yes, you will get a home loan for constructing a house, just as you would for buying an apartment or a villa. You can apply for a home loan from any leading bank in two ways – either before purchasing the property to construct the house or after you purchase a plot in your name- depending upon what stage you are in . We have tie-ups with some of the leading banks in the country such as the HDFC Bank, the SBI Bank, the Axis Bank and LIC India.

    03. How long does construction typically take?

    Every build and builder is different but AREAS complete your project 6 – 12 months.

    04. Can we change the brand of the construction material you give in the specifications?

    Of course, everything is customizable. You can change the brands of the construction materials or you can upgrade any construction material as per your choice. You only need to pay the difference in the cost.

    05. Do you get plan sanction and building approval done?

    Yes, we provide necessary support to our customer to get the building approval done from concerned authority like CMDA, DTCP and other local body etc.
